Jp99 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read this document carefully before using any jp99 services. By continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the jp99 platform at jp99.ws or through the official app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

To use jp99's services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the age of majority as defined by the laws applicable in your place of residence;
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
  • Not be a person prohibited from using online betting services in your jurisdiction;
  • Registering as an individual and not on behalf of any third party or business entity.

Jp99 reserves the right to decline registration or terminate the account of any user who does not meet these eligibility requirements, without prior notice.

2. Account Registration, Security, and User Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to have one active account at jp99 at any one time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being immediately suspended or closed, including any funds held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. jp99 may request identity verification documents (such as a national ID or passport) at any time for account verification (KYC) purposes. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being suspended.

You are fully responsible for:

  • Keep your password and account login details confidential;
  • All activity carried out under your account, whether authorised or not;
  • Notify jp99 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation;
  • Ensure that any device used to access the platform is secure and free from malware.

Jp99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and MYR Transaction Policy

All financial transactions on jp99 — including deposits and withdrawals — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, and Malaysian bank transfers.

Deposits: Funds deposited into a jp99 account are solely for the purpose of using the platform's services. Minimum deposit amounts, available methods, and processing times are subject to change and will be displayed in the deposit section of your account.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with jp99's internal procedures. jp99 reserves the right to require identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or payment method registered in the same name as the jp99 account.

Important information regarding transactions:

  • Jp99 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by the user's financial institution during transaction processing;
  • Any transaction suspected of being fraudulent will be investigated, and the associated account may be suspended for the duration of the investigation;
  • Funds derived from illegal activities are not accepted and will be reported to the relevant authorities if detected.

4. Platform Usage Rules and Limitation of Liability

Users agree to use the jp99 platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with the stated terms. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform;
  • Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt jp99's servers or system operations;
  • Engaging in fraud, collusion between accounts, or any form of match manipulation;
  • Distributing unlawful, defamatory, or reputation-damaging content through any channel associated with jp99;
  • Using another person's account or sharing an account with any other individual.

Limitation of Liability: jp99 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system failures, or service interruptions beyond jp99's control. jp99's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

5. Account Suspension, Closure, and Intellectual Property

Jp99 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account, with or without notice, if:

  • The user breaches any term set out in this document;
  • Jp99 suspects fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
  • The user provides false information during registration;
  • Accounts that have been inactive for a period as determined by jp99's internal policy.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, jp99 reserves the right to hold any associated funds pending the outcome of the investigation. Funds confirmed to be legitimate will be returned once the investigation is complete and no breach is established.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jp99 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of jp99 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from jp99.

6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law

Third-Party Links and Services

The jp99 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, such as payment providers or game providers. jp99 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to These Terms

Jp99 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available at jp99.ws/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. You are advised to review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the jp99 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation.
